It is extremely important to us that your purchase meets and even exceeds your expectation. In the event that you are not satisfied, you return it for and exchange or a full refund. All online orders (except for Sales) may be returned an exchange or a full refund if returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Note that Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
To be returned, all items must not be worn, washed, damaged, used, and must have all original tags and accessories. Items must also be returned in their original packaging.
The purchase of discounted items and/or on sale and custom orders is final: those items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
